Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses across Canada.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we'll contact you by email.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on orders of $175 or more. Orders under $175 ship for a flat-rate of $12.99 within most of Canada.
For orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please allow time for tracking information to become active after your shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available by appointment at Dreams Gymnastics Academy for Dreams Gymnastics Academy members.
To use this option, simply select Local Pickup during checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.
Once your order has been shipped, True North Gym Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
